The legal regulations on data protection are set out in the European data protection basic regulation. The Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) apply in addition.
Personal data includes, for example, the name, address or date of birth of the user (see Art. 4 DSGVO). This information is only collected and processed on the website in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations.
Access data
The side operator raises, due to a justified interest the following data:

- Volume of data sent
- Source page

- IP address
The data is stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The storage is for security reasons in order to be able to track and clarify misuse. If such a case occurs, the data concerned can remain stored until the incident has been clarified.
Collection and processing of personal data
The personal data collected by the operator in the course of use will only be passed on with the express consent of the user or in accordance with legal regulations. Here too, the rights of the persons concerned to deletion, correction etc. apply.
In the case of anonymous use of the site, only the non-personal data is stored and used to improve the online offer. It is not possible to trace back these data.

To improve the user-friendliness of the website, so-called cookies are used. They enable easier access for users who repeatedly visit the website. Cookies are small files that are transferred from the user's browser to the user's PC and stored there. This recognition is possible because the cookies also transmit the IP address.

On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us via a provided form. In the course of sending your inquiry via the contact form, reference is made to this data protection declaration to obtain your consent. If you use the contact form, the following personal data will be processed:

- Content of the message
Your e-mail address is used to assign your request and to be able to answer you. When using the contact form, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. The data processing described above (cf. § 4 4. a.) for the purpose of establishing contact takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter a DSGVO on the declaration of consent voluntarily given by you in the following: By entering my data and pressing the "send" button, I declare my consent to the processing of my e-mail address and my name for the purpose of answering my contact enquiry. As soon as the request you have made has been completed and the relevant facts have been finally clarified, the personal data processed via the contact form will be deleted. A further storage can take place in individual cases, if this is required by law.
Right to information/deletion/revocation
The basic data protection regulation allows the user to obtain information free of charge from the website operator about which personal data is stored. In addition, the operator is entitled to arrange for the deletion, blocking or correction of incorrect data, unless a legal obligation to retain data must be observed.
